Best example: the sera activities on the Russian market. Together with their distribution partner "OOO Danio", sera organized a seminar that took place on May 25th and 26th, 2014 in Moscow. About 120 storekeepers and specialized sales people took part.
Seminar linstructor Dieter Untergasser answered the numerous questions about ornamental fish diseases and their treatment or concerning topics of water chemistry and biology even during the breaks. During the seminar, the retailers‘ knowledge about the topices of nutrition, fishkeeping, water conditioning, aquarium plants as well as recognizing and treating ornamental fish diseases was deepened.
The sera seminare, both domestic and abroad, provide concentrated specific knowledge and competence recognized by end customers, which is reflected in considerably increaseing sales. With sera at their side, the trade benefits from a strong partner – worldwwide at that.
Outlook:
In 2014, seminars will take place in Switzerland (September 16th – 17th) and in Brazil at the PET SOUTH AMERICA Sao Paulo fair (October 28th to 30th) as well as with the importer Aquarium Alimentos para Peixes Ltda.
