The new sera address since January 1, 2008

The new office building of the successful company sera from Heinsberg/Germany was finished before the appointed date. On about 3,000 m², friendly and modern office rooms are located behind the elegant yellow and red front that represent the company’s colors. The shape of the building is exceptional. sera, who manufacture high quality aquarium and pond products, had it set up in fish shape.

“Due to the constantly rising demand for our products in our own country and abroad, more and more employees had to share the former office rooms in Max-Planck-Straße”, explained company founder and CEO Josef Ravnak.

Now relocation became possible before the end of 2007. Since January 2, the official sera headquarters are located in the specially shaped building in Borsigstraße 49.

Be it fish food, care products, treatments or technical products – The company from Heinsberg/Germany has been manufacturing innovative and high-quality aquarium, garden pond and terrarium products for almost 40 years. There is international demand for sera quality “Made in Germany”, accordingly the medium-sized family enterprise sells their products worldwide and grows continuously.

Josef Ravnak founded sera in 1970 and achieved rapid growth due to his inventive spirit, commitment and highest quality. According to the company’s philosophy “Quality for a natural water world”, about 170 employees work in the Heinsberg headquarters.
