sera Rock Grand Canyon

The sera Rock Grand Canyon is a red-brown rock with white edges as well as many holes and fissures. Its dark, red-brown color makes it an ideal component of aquascapes modeled after reddish mountain formations such as the Grand Canyon. Columns or towers, as they are found, for instance, in the Bryce Canyon National Park in the USA, can also be built by using several small rocks. The fissured surface can be used for planting with epiphytic plants.

The sera Rock Grand Canyon is available in the three sizes S/M, L and XXL. The XXL version is also called a main stone and serves as a real eye-catcher in the aquarium.

The rock is slightly lime containing so it can harden the water a bit. This means the carbonate hardness (KH for short) becomes higher. It is therefore advisable to check the carbonate hardness once a week and regulate it by partial water changes if required.
