sera Rock Quartz Gray
Dark gray natural rock with white inclusions
The sera Rock Quartz Gray is a dark gray rock that often also has white, sometimes also slightly brownish inclusions. This surface rich in contrast and sometimes appearing marbled with small and big fissures makes the rock particularly attractive for aquariums abundantly decorated with green plants. The small and medium sized rocks also allow modeling smaller mountain formations.
The sera Rock Quartz Gray is available in the two sizes S/M and L:
- sera Rock Quartz Gray S/M: 0.6 – 1.4 kg (1.3 – 3.1 lb.)
- sera Rock Quartz Gray L: 2 – 3 kg (4.4 – 6.6. lb.)
The rock is slightly lime containing so it can harden the water a bit. This means the carbonate hardness (KH for short) becomes higher. It is therefore advisable to check the carbonate hardness once a week and regulate it by partial water changes if required.
