How can I lower the KH value? The GH value is OK, other parameters such as Nitrite and Nitrate are also alright.

this is possible with pH lowering products such as sera pH/KH-minus, but also by sera super peat (blackpeat granulate). These products are necessarily based on acids (otherwise they could by definition not lower the pH value), and acids break down KH.
Blending with softer or deionized water is another method.
