The sera Academy is an eLearning platform for acquiring or improving specialized knowledge in the aquarium, terrarium, and pond areas as well as specific know-how about sera products. sera is thus focusing on specialized pet retailers as well as their employees. Participation in the digital courses is, of course, free of charge.
Short courses leading to a certificate of completion
The courses in the three new language versions currently consist of twelve product and three topical trainings in the area of “Nutrition” (freshwater aquarium). The participants will learn, for example, how sera ornamental fish food is manufactured, which ingredients are used in sera food, which information is provided on product labels (and which is not), what characterizes the different sera food types and which food types can be recommended to which aquarists. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the courses thus also provide useful practical tips for everyday consulting in the pet shop. Once they have successfully completed the eLearning courses, participants will automatically receive personalized certificates that can be downloaded and printed. At the beginning of the year 2024, further product and topical trainings in the area of “Care” will be added for all language versions.
