Feeding reptiles is sometimes difficult: deficiencies often weaken the animals and make them susceptible for diseases. The fiber concentrate sera reptifiber from the sera reptil range is the optimal food additive for all herbivores in a terrarium.

In the wild, herbivorous reptiles such as the popular Eurasian Tortoise live on fiber containing plants with low protein percentage. These are often replaced with different kinds of lettuce when keeping them in a terrarium. However, this is not sufficient for an appropriate diet – deficiencies are frequent consequences.
