Bulging eye on a Siamese Fighter
I have a question concerning a disease that ocurred on one of my female Siamese Fighters. The left eye has swollen approximately 300% larger than normal. However, there are no symptoms of dropsy. What kind of disease is this? Should I treat with sera baktopur direct, or what else could I use?

Concerning "kind of disease":
there are several possibilities; an injury or (maybe in addition) a bacterial infection of the back of the eye are most likely.
Concerning "treatment":
this is indeed advisable (preferably in a quarantine tank, as to prevent filter bacteria being unnecessarily harmed). Otherwise, there is a considerable risk that the fish loses its eye or even dies.
