How can I attach a background poster?
We want to set up our aquarium and purchased a background poster. How can we attach it to the back aquarium glass?

the easiest method is to attach the poster with some double sided adhesive tape in the corners.
You can also cover it with a thin layer of clean, chemically inert silicone oil, press it to the back aquarium glass from the outside and then wipe out the air bubbles - a wallpaper brush or roller is useful.
Edible oil would have the same effect, but it may become rancid and then smell unpleasantly. This does not happen with silicone oil.
None of the oil must get into the aquarium. It is non-toxic, but it may form a layer on the surface that affects gas exchange, e.g. of oxygen or CO2.
