Severe infection of goldfish
My goldfish and veiltails in the pond are covered with a white layer that looks like a spider web, or something like cotton, all over their bodies and eyes. Some of them also appear to be blind, and they do not want to eat. I removed them from the pond and put them into a big tank with clean water. Please let me know what causes the problem, and what must I do to save them. Nine already died.

this sounds like a severe parasitic infection, which is mostly caused/triggered by water problems (e.g. organic pollutants, nitrite). However, a proper diagnosis is, unfortunately, not possible without more detailed data.
I can only recommend to do a disease treatment with sera omnipur as an immediate measure. However, a water analysis as detailed as possible is also urgently recommended as to find out about possible causes and stress factors. The water should then of course be treated according to possible trouble sources you found.
