How long may peat granulate (sera super peat) remain in the filter?
I momentarily filter my aquarium with sera super peat for lowering the pH value. Do I have to remove the peat after the value has gone down, or can I just leave it in the filter?

the peat may also remain in the filter for a longer time. However, it will of course lose its effect over the time - the faster, the more and the more often you change water, and the harder the original water is.
Typical replacement intervals for the peat granulate are approximately 4 - 6 weeks, but that can only be a coarse directional value because of the above mentioned reasons.
