sera CO2 reactor: Connection and installation
Is the sera CO2 reactor connected to the external filter? Is it located inside or outside the aquarium?
Hello,
the sera CO2 reactor is connected to the aquarium filter (internal or external filter) or a separate water pump via the larger hose connector. This ensures sufficient pressure for dissolving the CO2 delivered through the smaller connector builds up inside.
The reactor is open towards the aquarium (the water enriched with CO2 of course needs to get into the aquarium), and is therefore located inside the aquarium, not outside.
Correct adjustment provided, no gas bubbles will escape as the CO2 has completely dissolved in the water.
